Practice Gratitude
There are two big shifts that take place when we practice gratitude. The first one cuts through the noise and gives us perspective. It confirms that there is good in this world. It does not negate the bad and the suffering, but it confirms that there is another side worth experiencing. The second one makes us realise that a lot of good in our lives comes from outside ourselves. Out of our control. We get many gifts from the world, big and small, that make it possible to have goodness in our lives.
